I’m guessing since you’re looking at induction burners you know all the ins and outs of how induction cooking works, but if not please refer to our hot plate reviews index page for further info.  The Eurodib Induction Cooktop has a single burner that offers 1600 watts of power.  It’s a modern looking portable induction cooktop with a ceramic glass top and touch controls and an easy to read digital display instead of knobs or switches.  This also means it very easy to clean.

Eurodib Induction Single 1600W Burner Cooktop Pros & Cons

Pros : 1600 watts – Easy to clean – Digital display – Timer – Safety features

Cons:  Too small for 12″ pots

The heating surface on the Eurodib Induction Cooktop P3D is adjustable.  You can adapt the unit for pots and pans between 4.75 and 10.25 inches.  Just be aware that it’s going to be a bit small for your larger 12 inch pots.  And there are some great safety features.  If you turn it on and then put the wrong kind of pots/pans or no pots/pans on the burner, the Eurodib Induction Cooktop will shut itself off in 9 seconds.  There is also a timer that goes from 5 minutes to 150 minutes that will go into standby mode after 150 minutes.  The temperature range is from 150 degrees to 450 degrees in 30 degree increments.

All in all the Eurodib Induction Cooktop P3D is a fabulous portable induction cooktop.  The only thing you’ll want to watch out for – and this is true to nearly all hot plates! – is that you’re likely not going to able to run this on the same circuit that something else that draws a lot of power is on.  For example, you would blow a fuse if you ran this and your toaster or microwave at the same time – assuming you have them both plugged into the same outlet.
